- Does not include construction, painting, remodeling, or wear-and-tear upgrades
- Technology for Safety
- Assistive technology,
- Emergency response systems,
- Home safety interventions,
- Does not include new televisions, new washers/dryers, etc.
- Technology to decrease isolation and increase social engagement:
- Tablets or computers to communicate with friends, family, etc.
- Housekeeping and laundry services,
- Lawn mowing,
- Snow removal,
- Transportation to respite activities or medical appointments.
