How it Works

Signing up is simple. Here is what you can expect when you join the RCAW Respite Help Desk:

  • Select one 15-minute virtual appointment time that works for your schedule.

  • After registering, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from SignUpGenius.

  • RCAW staff will also send a calendar invitation with your confirmed appointment time, virtual meeting link, and session details.

  • Join the virtual session at your scheduled time to receive personalized support and guidance from RCAW staff.

  • If additional support is needed beyond the 15-minute session, RCAW staff can help connect you with further resources or discuss next steps.

  • Following the session, RCAW may provide follow-up information, summary notes, or additional resources discussed during your appointment.

  • If all appointment slots are filled, you may join the waitlist. If an opening becomes available, RCAW staff will contact you by email with the opportunity to schedule a session.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify RCAW as soon as possible. Appointment availability is limited, and cancellations allow us to offer the session time to individuals on the waitlist.
